Headache

It's very cold here. I've been dealing by sleeping a lot and cuddling with a stuffed bear. The bear now has a hole next to his eye--I think I'm not a gentle enough cuddler.

Beatpol (beatpol.de) was fun tonight, even though my mood was off. It was one of my boss's birthdays and the band Caspian (from Mass!) played. Everyone was happy and friendly. Caspian rocked...it was good. I needed it.

Everyone loves Beatpol. Every (seriously every) artist who comes to Beatpol praises the place and the people. It makes me so happy to be able to be a part of their awesome team. It's a greattttt escape from the campus environment that I'm usually surrounded by.

Tomorrow there is another show with another American band so I get to embark in more bonding.

I'm really, really eager to get home. I love it here so much, but I'm very much looking forward to winter break in PA, NC, and MA, ha! Three states in one month! But yeaah, just wanna be home and be cozy and comfy. Very important. I also love the spirit of Christmas and State College serves as a great Christmas town.

I've been able to buy nice presents for people this year because I saved some money from my stipend and because of babysitting. Makes me happy to buy nice presents. Still waiting on permission from my father as to whether he would like to have some birds or not. Birds, meaning, doves or parakeets. Squawk.

To those of you who don't know, cause I don't know if I mentioned it on here, I'm going to be living in Germany til the end of July, minus one month for Christmas break. I will be working as a BU RA here (yippee) and I will continue to work at Beatpol, while perhaps working at a newspaper as well. This ended up happening because I was offered the RA job and it happens to be a fantastic deal/setup for me, so I couldn't say no. And that was that. So life on the other side of the world will have to wait. Except a few people who will come visit.

Miss my brother Dan. I never see him because he lives in Seattle.

I am sleepy. I want to sleep but I am waiting for someone to video chat. Played backgammon and was losing so I decided to write a "blog entry." I really think blogging is dumb for many reasons. I therefore am dumb and hypocritical. M hm.

Blog blog blog blog blog. When will this blog age die? What will it morph into!? BLOGUNIVERSE!?! JJJJJJEEEEZ I'm so tired of blogs and fast-paced trends, especially with music. It's gross. So many shitty bands getting famous so fast because of shitty blogs! What is happening!!!!! Information MELTDOWNnnnnn.
